Darkroom Project - Part 4
Not much to report this week. The carpet has been laid, is nicely cushioned and matches better than I thought it would.The shelving I chose arrived earlier than expected. The last thing I wanted was flimsy shelves, photographic books can be large and/or heavy. These shelves are 1750mm long, 300mm deep and 18mm thick.
The last three pictures show me finding the wooden battens that the insulated plasterboards are attached to. I got the chippy to use metal screws so that using a Neodymium magnet I can find the battens easily and drill the shelf supports.
Hoping to start the painting this week and order up some sundries for odds and sods stowage.
